We provide a credit/exchange of garments within 7 business days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with the swing tags attached. Customer must advise Proam Apparel of any return and reason before returning via email info@proamindustries.com.au

Proam Apparel makes the best effort to quality control all items prior to dispatch. In the case that something is faulty or damaged, we will arrange collection of the faulty garment and exchange or replace it free of charge.

Garmets are shipped with in 3 business days from order being received. Delivery times will vary per state depening on service selected. A tracking number will be emailed to you along with your shipping confirmation once your order has been processed.
